2. Template

A separate template has been used for Poster & Demo abstracts and Clinical abstracts.

  • Poster & Demo Abstracts: Use the template found at https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html
    • While using the conference proceedings template, you can abbreviate the author list to save space.
    • The “abstract” section in the template is optional since the 1-page submission itself can serve as the abstract.
    • Please prefix your title with “Poster:” or “Demo:” to indicate whether your presentation is a poster or demo, respectively. For example, if your intended title is “This is My Abstract Submission” for a poster presentation, your final title should be “Poster: This is My Abstract Submission”.
    • The maximum page limit for Poster & Demo abstracts is 1 page.
    • If you have any inquiries, please contact the Poster/Demo Co-Chairs, Professors Sudip Vhaduri and Sarah Sun.
  • Clinical Abstracts: Download and use the template. [Download]
    • It is important to strictly adhere to the given template.
    • If you have any inquiries, please contact the Clinical Abstract Chair, Professor Bobak Mortazavi.
