Registration will open after the evaluation process and the announcement of decisions for all technical and scientific submissions. This ensures that authors of accepted contributions can proceed with registration in a timely manner and make the necessary arrangements to attend and present their work at the conference.
All accepted contributions, including full papers and abstracts, require at least one registered author to attend and present the work in person. Workshop organisers, invited workshop speakers and workshop participants must also be registered for the conference, either through a full conference registration or, at minimum, through a last day only registration modality. Workshop acceptance does not include or imply registration fee waivers, travel support or any automatic financial support.
For accepted papers and abstracts, the following presentation limits apply per registration:
- Student registration: covers one accepted contribution.
- Full registration: covers up to two accepted contributions.
- A registered participant may present up to four accepted papers or abstracts in total.
- When the number of accepted contributions exceeds the number included in the registration type, an additional presentation fee of €125 is applied to each extra accepted paper or abstract.
- The additional presentation fee is therefore cumulative per extra accepted contribution and is added during the registration process.
Companion registration grants access only to the social programme taking place in the evenings of the first and second conference days. Companion registration does not include access to the scientific programme, technical sessions, workshops, coffee breaks, lunches, or any other meals and activities reserved for registered conference participants.
Registrant Cancellation: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by October 1, 2026. Approved cancellations will be subject to a €125 administrative fee. For accepted papers and abstracts, at least one registered author must attend the conference and present the work in person. Contributions included in the final programme but not presented at the conference may be removed from publication and indexing eligibility.
Registrant Substitution: A registration may be transferred to another eligible participant before October 2, 2026, with no administrative fee, provided that the new participant was not previously registered and assumes the same registration category and presentation obligations. Changes where an accepted paper or abstract is transferred to a different presenter who is already registered for the conference are treated as presentation changes and are subject to a €125 administrative fee per affected contribution. All presenter changes must be approved by the registration or programme team.
