All presenting authors will be notified of their presentation format, date, and scheduled time. Please carefully follow the instructions corresponding to your assigned presentation format.
Oral Presentations
Oral presentations are allocated 12 minutes for presentation, with no exceptions, followed by 3 minutes for questions and discussion. Presenters are responsible for ensuring that their presentation fits within the allocated time.
Presentations must be submitted in both PPTX and PDF formats to [email protected] by October 8, 2026. The email subject should follow the format: Oral – <<Paper Name>>.
To ensure a smooth transition between presentations and avoid delays during the technical sessions, USB drives and personal computers may not be used for oral presentations. All presentations will be delivered using the conference equipment.
If the presentation requires internet access, audio, video, animations, or any other specific technical functionality, this must be clearly indicated in the submission email. Where possible, presenters are encouraged to avoid dependencies on external connections or complex technical requirements that could affect the reliability of the presentation.
Presenters are encouraged to use the presentation template of their home institution, where available. BSN 2026 does not require a specific slide template, and presenters may otherwise use a format appropriate for their work.
Poster Presentations
Posters must be prepared in A0 portrait format (841 mm wide × 1189 mm high).
Presenters are encouraged to use the poster template of their home institution, where available. BSN 2026 does not require a specific poster template, and authors may otherwise use a layout appropriate for communicating their work clearly.
Presenters must remain available next to their poster during the full period assigned to their poster presentation. Poster sessions are intended to promote direct scientific discussion, and presenters are expected to take a proactive role in presenting their work, answering questions, and engaging with participants visiting the poster area.
Demo Presentations
Authors assigned to a demo presentation must communicate any specific technical or logistical requirements to [email protected] no later than October 1, 2026. This includes requirements such as access to a power supply or other conditions that may need to be arranged in advance.
Presenters should provide a clear description of the setup required for their demonstration so that the organizing team can assess the necessary arrangements.
Unless specifically agreed otherwise with the organizing committee, computers, devices, adapters, and any other equipment required to run the demonstration must be brought by the presenters themselves. Authors are responsible for ensuring that their equipment is operational and suitable for the planned demonstratin.
