Demo 1: Personalized Musculoskeletal Models and Joint Loads
Scaling validation of personalized musculoskeletal models with in-vivo direct measurements of internal joint loads from instrumented implants
At this demo we’ll present scaling of personalized models from post-operative recovery process assessment of total hip and knee arthroplasty with instrumented implant [1-3].

Demo 2: Sensor Fusion and Muscle Action Validation
Sensor fusion for validation of computed muscle actions from personalized musculoskeletal models at different lower limb muscle stretch-shortening cycle
At this demo we’ll present validation of multi-subject computed muscle actions from personalized musculoskeletal models at different lower limb muscle stretch-shortening based on phase and magnitude metrics comparison with subject specific sEMG of lower limb selected muscles [1-3].

Demo 3: LLM-Augmented Digital Twins
LLM-Augmented Digital Twins for Clinical Decision Support: A Hands-On Workshop with ReplayBG
Personalized digital twins built from wearable and CGM data can support clinical decision-making, but operating them typically requires programming expertise that puts them out of reach for clinicians and non-technical researchers. The demo will show how large language model (LLM) agents can bridge that gap, enabling natural-language interaction with a physiological simulation engine.
The demo is built around ReplayBG (TBME, 2023), an open-source digital twin for glucose dynamics in type 1 diabetes. It will run live, through a browser-based interface with an LLM agent connected to the simulation engine. Starting from raw patient data, the agent will fit a personalized digital twin and report its goodness of fit. The demo will then walk through several clinical scenarios, asking the agent to assess the insulin strategy and propose corrective actions and therapeutic changes.
Moreover, the demo will highlight how the underlying architecture is domain-agnostic: any physiological simulation engine can be wrapped as a set of AI-callable tools, making personalized digital twins accessible through natural language to non-expert users.
