Welcome Reception

The BSN 2026 Welcome Reception will take place in the Noble Hall of Alfândega do Porto, overlooking the Douro River. Participants are invited to join us for a traditional Port Wine reception in an informal setting, offering an opportunity to reconnect with the BSN community and meet fellow attendees at the end of the first conference day.
Gala Dinner

The BSN 2026 Gala Dinner will take place aboard a boat on the Douro River. The evening will begin with a cruise along the Porto and Vila Nova de Gaia riverfront, passing beneath the city’s iconic bridges, followed by dinner served on board.
This setting offers participants the opportunity to experience Porto from the river while enjoying the main social event of the conference.
Important: Participants must be at Alfândega do Porto immediately after the final Sunday sessions so that the group can depart together for the boat. As the dinner takes place on a scheduled river cruise, the boat cannot wait for late arrivals. Please ensure that you are ready to leave on time.
