Registration

To qualify for the EMBS Undergraduate IEEE Member rate please email EMBCReg@smithbucklin.com from your university email address and provide your EMBS member ID. You will receive instructions on how to proceed.

Full Conference Registration includes: Access to all sessions, poster & exhibit hall, welcome reception, digital conference program, online conference proceedings, plus additional conference handouts.

Registration does not include: Pre-Conference Workshops, Social Sessions, and Meet the Leaders

General Attendee Refund Policy: General attendees are eligible for a registration refund where a refund request is submitted in writing and received by the EMBS Executive office via the customer service tool on or before May 23, 2024. All approved refunds will be processed minus a $50.00 processing fee. No registration refunds will be issued after May 23, 2024.

Author Policy: Author registration is non-refundable where the registration supports a paper which has completed final submission. As per the author instructions, the presenting author must register to attend the conference in support of the paper. All individuals registering for the conference to support a paper submission must register with an Author Admission item to support paper submission. Each Author Full Registration will support up to 2 Accepted Papers of any submission type. Additional submission fees will apply to the third submission, and/or any submission greater than 2.
