Day Rates: After April 15, day rates will be available for those wishing only to attend certain days of the conference.
Philips Employees: Those employed by Philips may register for the full conference at the EMBS Student discounted rate of $218. Just choose “EMBS Student” as the registration type when starting your registration. After April 15, employees may register for the full conference at the EMBS Student discounted rate of $243. Also after this date, a special discounted day rate will be available to employees. Please email Bianca van Bommel at bianca.van.bommel@philips.com who will verify your employee status, inform you of the special day rate and give you a code to be applied at the end of your registration which will give you the discounted day rate. If you are only registering for day rates, your registration type should be “General Attendee.”
Workshop Presenters: Those who are officially running workshops may register complimentary for the day of their workshop. Please email Marian Walter at workshopbsn2017@hia.rwth-aachen.de who will verify your presenter status and give you the discount code to be applied at the end of your registration. If you wish to attend other days of the conference, register for those days after April 15 and please choose the day rate for each day attending. The code will only comp the day of your workshop.

All fees are in US Dollars.
Registration includes: Access to all sessions, exhibits, welcome reception, lunch, breaks, conference program, workshops, digital conference proceedings, plus additional conference handouts.
Refunds: All attendees (non-authors) are eligible for a registration refund if your registration is cancelled up to and including 15 April 2017 and will incur a processing fee of $50. There are no registration refunds after 15 April 2017. Authors who have uploaded their papers are NOT entitled to any refunds.
Any of the authors associated with a paper may pay for a paper, but must use the “Author Registration” button. Only the corresponding author using the “Author Registration” button may upload the final paper.
