IEEE EMB Body Sensor Networks (BSN) Conference 2016 has secured a rate of $269.
The group rate runs from Sunday, June 12 to Saturday, June 18, 2016. The group rate will be honored three days pre and post conference dates depending on availability.
Group rate covers all guest sleeping room costs but exclusive of applicable taxes which are currently 16.68%. All guestrooms include Wi-Fi access, entrance to Club One Fitness facility, complimentary use of the business center and a full American breakfast buffet and daily hosted two hour cocktail reception on the 12th floor of the hotel with panoramic views of the city.
Reservations are to be made by May 12, 2016. There is no charge for reservations cancelled 48 hours in advance. Reservations cancelled less than 48 hours will be charged one night’s stay plus tax. Check in time is 4:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 PM.
